GRANDPARENTs DAY Celebration2023

SUNDAY, SEPTEMBER 10th is Grandparents Day! Did you know Grandparents Day was started back in 1970 when a woman named Marian McQuade wanted to establish a national day to celebrate grandparents? She wanted to celebrate and honor the connection between generations. In 1978, President Jimmy Carter declared the first Sunday after Labor Day to be National Grandparents Day and we have been celebrating it ever since! 

 

Little River will be having donuts and coffee to celebrate our wonderful grandparents. We will be celebrating on 9/6 at 8am last names A-F, 9/7 at 8am last names G-L, 9/13 at 8am last names M-P, and 9/14 at 8am last names R-Z. Please use the links below to register :​
